The earlier stages of my career instilled a commitment to diversity, and a great appreciation of the various roles and leadership styles across organisations. 

As my leadership remit grew to include talent management, internal secondments to operating model, organisational design, governance, and acquisition projects pivoted my career to management consulting, talent advisory, and organisation effectiveness.

Over the course of my career, my work has taken me to Peru, Laos, China, South Africa, Brazil, and the DRC, and across numerous industries, including Information Technology, Telecommunications, Retail, Mining, Enterprise Software, and Pharmaceutical Sciences. My consulting approach consistently involves a qualitative research style using interviews, conversations, and analysis to understand the critical issues, and discussion with relevant stakeholders to determine an appropriate course of action.
